Proceeds from ticket + raffle sales, along with the winning bid on our one-of-a-kind collaborative piece, will benefit Cowboy Ranch Rescue.
Gathering with purpose. The more of this gathering that is supported by our generous sponsors + community partners, the more we’re able to give back to Cowboy Ranch Rescue. Every product donated, experience sponsored, or expense covered creates more room for us to support the work they’re doing while still creating a thoughtful, beautiful experience for everyone who gathers with us.
Several of the vendors joining us will be coming together to create a one-of-a-kind piece exclusively for the gathering. Guests will have the chance to bid throughout the evening, with the winning bidder able to take the piece home or have something created from scratch just for them.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest. If we have to cancel the gathering due to weather, ticket purchases will be fully refunded.

The Gathering Series was created by Savannah Nunn to seek out the women, places, businesses, and ideas forging a new path, and give the rest of us a reason to go meet them.
Each gathering is an invitation to step outside our usual circles and comfort zones, experience somewhere new, discover people doing things differently, and meet women we may never have crossed paths with otherwise.
At its heart is a full-circle model. Each gathering is created by women, supported by women, funded by women, and designed to give back to a women-led nonprofit organization.
It is a reason to gather around the table, spend our dollars with women-owned businesses, share ideas, make introductions, and create connections that continue long after the day is over.
Because sometimes showing up for another woman is also a way of showing up for ourselves. We buy from her business, share her work, make the introduction, encourage the idea, and show up when she creates something worth showing up for. Somehow, the favor finds its way back around.
The Gathering Series is for the women, places, and ideas forging a new path.
The Gathering Series
For Series No. I, we’re meeting at The Field, Maddie Schnell’s 18-acre property in Middle Tennessee.
At The Field, we believe in stewarding what wants to emerge, and this gathering feels like a perfect expression of that. What began as a conversation between two women organically grew into an afternoon of beautiful food, women-owned businesses, small-batch goods, creativity, conversation, and connection.
Come with your girlfriends, your sister, your mom, your business partner, or come by yourself. Eat together, shop from women doing beautiful work, meet someone new, share what you are building, or simply spend the afternoon enjoying what other women are creating.
You do not need to own a business or arrive with an agenda. There is a seat at the table for you.
For our first gathering, the women-led nonprofit we have chosen to support is Cowboy Ranch Rescue, an organization supporting the rescue and rehabilitation of horses. Proceeds from ticket sales, the raffle, and auction will benefit their work right here in Middle Tennessee.
SERIES NO. I: THE FIELD
WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES
The DetailsYour ticket includes a beautiful seasonal meal created in collaboration with a local organic farmer and pastry chef, organic coffee from a traveling coffee cart, seasonal libations, and a curated small-batch bag of goods to take home.
Throughout the afternoon, you’ll shop a thoughtfully curated collection of women-owned businesses and small-batch makers while enjoying experiences unfolding throughout The Field.
We’ll also be hosting a raffle featuring an intentionally curated collection of pieces that represent The Field, the women behind this gathering, and the spirit of the day. Think beautiful, useful + unexpected finds from women-owned businesses, local makers, artists, growers, and brands we genuinely love. Everything is being chosen because it belongs in the world we’re creating together and has a story worth sharing.
We’re also dreaming up something a little different. Several of the vendors gathering with us will come together to create a one-of-a-kind collaborative piece just for the day. Guests will have the opportunity to place bids throughout the gathering, with the highest bidder getting to take the finished piece home or have something completely custom created from scratch just for them.
A professional photographer will document the gathering, and every attendee, vendor, and sponsor will receive access to the full event gallery afterward for personal pages, social media, or business marketing.
We are still thoughtfully curating additional vendors, sponsors, auction pieces, and experiences, so there is plenty more to come.
While giving back is an important piece of The Gathering Series, this is not simply a charity event.
It is for every woman involved. The woman who buys the ticket. The woman behind the vendor table. The woman who contributes a piece. The woman who sponsors it. The women hosting it. The women doing the work at the nonprofit we are supporting.
The intention is not for one woman to benefit while everyone else simply gives. The intention is to complete the circle.
We show up for one another, spend time with one another, share one another’s work, make connections, create opportunities, and then allow some of what we create together to extend beyond the gathering itself. Everyone gets to leave with something.
SPEND THE AFTERNOON IN THE FIELD
The gathering will unfold across The Field’s 18 acres, giving you room to wander through the gardens, step inside the greenhouse, visit the chickens, walk the open fields, shop, gather around the fire pits, share a meal, or pull up a chair and stay in a conversation longer than you planned.
The Field lives somewhere between funky 70s nostalgia and elevated western, and we are leaning all the way into that world for fall. Think suede, shearling, fringe, worn-in denim, vintage prints, statement coats, beautiful boots, garden flowers, heirloom quilts, long tables, and fires going as the temperature drops.
Wear the coat you have been waiting for an excuse to pull out, put on your boots, and come spend the day with us.
We hope you leave having discovered a business you did not know existed, met a woman outside your usual circle, made a connection you did not expect, or finally said an idea out loud that you have been quietly carrying around.
Maybe getting outside of our comfort zones and gathering somewhere new is exactly how we find out what else is possible.
A little note for our mamas: We know sometimes the littlest ones still need to stay close, so babies who can be comfortably worn or carried with mama are absolutely welcome. For everyone else, we kindly ask that you make this one a mama’s day out and leave the kiddos at home.
